Sunrise Logistics Packers & Movers ("we," "us," or "our") provides relocation services, including household, office, commercial, and vehicle transportation. Our services are subject to the conditions mentioned here. We may update these terms from time to time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
2. Our Services
We offer professional moving and packing solutions, which include:

3. Booking & Cancellations
Bookings must be made with accurate details regarding the move, including goods to be transported and destination. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If canceled within 48 hours of the service date, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payment Policy
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms. We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, bank transfers, and credit cards. Payment must be completed on or before the moving day unless otherwise agreed upon.
Delayed payments may attract late fees or service suspension. Once services are provided, fees are non-refundable.
5. Insurance Coverage
We provide basic transit insurance for goods in transport. However, customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for valuable or fragile items. Insurance details and charges will be shared upon request.
Any damage claims must be reported immediately, and settlement will be as per the terms of the insurance policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should ensure that their items are packed and ready before moving. If packing services are required, prior arrangements must be made.
Accurate details regarding special items, fragile goods, or oversized furniture must be provided in advance to avoid additional charges or delays.
7. Restricted Items
We do not transport hazardous substances, flammable items, illegal goods, or perishable products. Customers should review the list of restricted items before scheduling a move.

8. Liability Limitations
While we take utmost care in handling goods, we are not responsible for any indirect or unforeseen damages. Liability is limited to the actual value of the damaged or lost item, as per the agreed insurance policy.
Delays due to weather, road conditions, strikes, or other uncontrollable factors are not our responsibility.
9. Delivery & Timelines
We strive to deliver shipments within the estimated time frame. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or rescheduling.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of concerns, customers should contact our support team within 24 hours of service completion. We aim to resolve disputes through mutual discussion.
If a resolution cannot be reached, alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation may be considered before legal proceedings.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected only for service-related purposes. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties, except where required by law.
